Dear Neighbors,

My name is Jennifer Paupore, and I’m excited to announce my candidacy for the Providence Downs South HOA Board. Over the past year, I have been actively involved in advocating for practical improvements in our community—most notably encouraging the Board to adopt a PIN code gate system to replace the ineffective QR code system. I believe our neighborhood deserves solutions that actually work, and that experience motivated me to take a more active role.

If elected, I will focus on restoring accountability to the Board, reducing unnecessary spending, and ensuring our dues are used wisely. I believe it’s time to explore new management and security companies that can provide better service and better value. I am also committed to stopping the pattern of annual dues increases by identifying wasteful spending and increasing transparency in how our funds are allocated.

Providence Downs South is a wonderful community, and I’m dedicated to helping it run efficiently, responsibly, and with the homeowners’ best interests at the center of every decision.
